Netflix is moving into physical retail with the introduction of ‘Netflix House’. The concept aims to offer consumers a unique shopping experience with a Netflix twist.

Primarily, these stores will cater to fans looking to buy merchandise. Whether you’re a fan of Stranger Things, The Witcher, or any of its other hit series, Netflix House will be a hub for products inspired by popular Netflix shows.

But Netflix House isn’t just about shopping. It will also provide curated live events and dining experiences designed to immerse visitors in the worlds of their favorite Netflix shows. However, exact details on what this entails are still under wraps as the new venture is still in development.

What is known for now is that the initial locations will include an obstacle course inspired by the hit show Squid Game.

According to a report from Bloomberg, it seems like there will also be rotating art installations and live performances paying homage to iconic moments from Netflix shows.

Netflix House will most likely also host a restaurant serving dishes and beverages featured in the streaming service’s unscripted food-based reality shows.

The first two Netflix House locations are set to open in the United States in 2025, with plans for global expansion in the future.

While Netflix’s move into physical spaces is a new development, the company has previously experimented with pop-up experiences, notably with Squid Game installations, including its first step into the gambling sphere with a slot machine themed after the hit South Korean series that is set to hit casinos soon
