Features include an affirmation journal with over 120 cards, a sound machine offering calming audio, and guided breathing exercises. Users can also take part in gamified missions like Sleep Hours, Daily Screen Time badges, and Ambassador challenges, shaped by input from TikTok’s Youth Council. Alongside wellness tools, TikTok now lets users reduce AI‑generated content in feeds and has pledged $100,000 to digital well‑being research.
