Epic Games has filed a federal lawsuit against Turkish cheat developer Ediz Atas, known for distributing wallhacks and auto-aim software under the names Sincey Cheats and Vanta Cheats. The lawsuit, filed in North Carolina, alleges that Atas violated Epic’s end-user license agreement, leading to thousands of player bans. Atas also forged emails to bypass DMCA takedowns, allowing cheat promotions to remain online. This legal action follows Epic’s ongoing crackdown on Fortnite cheaters, including a previous case where a banned player’s winnings were donated to charity. The lawsuit reinforces Epic’s commitment to fair play and competitive integrity.
