Moved by the video, Stanley’s global president, Terence Reilly, stepped in with a remarkable offer that went beyond just replacing the resilient tumbler. He not only promised to send her some new Stanley products but also requested to replace her fire-damaged vehicle, a gesture unheard of for the company.

“What an ordeal,” Reilly commented in a response video. “And we’re all really glad you’re safe. Thanks for sharing the video, because wow. It really shows how our Stanleys are built for life. Because of what it went through with you, I couldn’t think of a better example of our product’s quality.”

 

Reilly said the company would send over more Stanley cups, “but there is one more thing—we have never done this before and we will probably never do it again, but we’d love to replace your vehicle.” The brand apparently sent the woman a direct message to make good on its promise.

 

The TikTok community played a significant role in this remarkable turn of events, with viewers urging Stanley to replace Lettering’s car as a way to acknowledge the inadvertent advertisement she provided through her viral video.
