Balenciaga’s got the perfect remedy for when you’ve dozed through your alarm and still want to look like you had a shower this morning. But word of caution: be careful of what you wish for.
The luxury house had jaws dropping when it unveiled a Towel Skirt as part of its Spring 2024 lineup. While hailing from a different collection, this garment seems to be cut from the same cloth as the brand’s Resort 2024 hotel towel bag.
Now, the bizarro bottomwear is ready for preorder.

Right now, Balenciaga’s Towel Skirt is only washed in beige, but gray and black options should be arriving soon. The knee-length piece is made from terry cotton and is meant to sit mid-waist.
And while it’s not normally advisable to share your bath towel with others, this is an article of clothing that’s unisex, so there’s no need for a different piece distinguishing his from hers or theirs.
