Recently, the NBA unveiled striking court designs its 30 teams will soon play on at the inaugural In-Season Tournament.
To match these colorful courts, Nike has released the City Edition uniforms, which be donned by the league’s most iconic players come November 3, 2023.
But the impact of Nike’s City Edition launch extends beyond just the uniforms.
This season, the complementary courts will pair with the unique uniforms to enhance the storytelling of the competition.
These courts promise to be more than just a place to play; they’ll be an extension of the entire City Edition experience.
Additionally, Nike and the NBA have exciting plans to introduce special Connected Membership experiences for fans in the coming weeks. Details will be released soon.
“The game’s past, present, and future is deeply embedded in these designs,” says Sonja Henning, vice president of league partnerships in North America, Nike.
“In working with teams across the NBA, we were able to create new uniforms that are a canvas for storytelling from each community. We’re excited to see the Nike NBA City Edition uniforms take the floor during the league’s new In-Season Tournament.”
