Pepsi is commemorating its 125th anniversary with The 125 Pepsi Diner—an immersive pop-up restaurant that will bring customers through the brand’s most iconic creations through the past century.
Ahead of the retro establishment opening its doors to the public, the beverage giant offers a mouthwatering behind-the-scenes look at its exclusive three-course menu.

Paired with special tipples, the menu was curated by Pepsi’s corporate executive research chefs for global beverages, aiming to bring to life the concept of the classic American diner.
Guests can choose from an array of appetizers featuring a Pepsi twist, including Buffalo Pepsi Wings, Pepsi Coliseum Chopped Salad, and Caleb’s New Bern Mac & Cheese.

For a heavier bite, entrées serve up Shaq’s ‘Big Slam’ Reuben Sandwich—inspired by the 1993 commercial starring Shaquille O’Neal, the ‘Better With Pepsi’ Burger, and the ‘More Than Ok’ Chicken & Waffles drizzled with soda-infused maple syrup.
Chase down the food with a series of crafted cocktails (US$18) or mocktails (US$9), ranging from the vodka-focused Pepsi Wild Cherry Fizz, Pepsi Sunset Splash with tequila, a take on Rum and Pepsi with Zero Worries, and more.
