Jabberin’ Jack, an animated Halloween decoration from Mindscope Products, has gone viral after parents discovered suggestive lyrics in its song Wicked For One Night. A TikTok warning from a mother of three drew more than one million views and sparked debate over the pumpkin’s innuendo. Mindscope says Jabberin’ Jack is home décor, not a children’s toy, and confirmed the song will disappear from its 2027 model. Musician Peter McEvilley, who wrote the track in 2019, says its double meaning was intentional but never aimed at children. He also pushed back against speculation that the song was AI-generated.
