Bianca Censori directs Ye and Don Toliver’s official “OK” music video as a surreal short film set entirely inside a dark operating room. Medical workers perform a bizarre procedure on a decapitated Ye, removing unexpected objects from his body. Toliver emerges from a locker during his verse, approaches the table, reconnects Ye’s head, and revives him. Ye then sharpens a sword as shadows suggest a nearby duel. The imagery may symbolize repair, rebirth, reinvention, and continuing conflict, though no official meaning has been confirmed. Released two months after the Bully Deluxe track, “OK” marks Censori’s fourth directing project for Ye.
