Sabrina Carpenter secured a temporary restraining order after alleging that William Applegate stalked her and tried multiple times to access her Hollywood Hills residence. Court filings detail incidents beginning in April and escalating in May, including a May 23 attempt to force open her front door, captured on Ring camera footage. Police arrested Applegate for criminal trespassing, but he allegedly returned twice afterward. Carpenter described the behavior as causing “severe and ongoing emotional distress.” A judge ordered Applegate to stay 100 yards away from Carpenter, her family, and her property. Hearings are scheduled for June 17 and June 18.
