Nathan’s Famous launched a cheeky NYC subway campaign after spotting a hot dog-shaped coincidence in the MTA’s newly redesigned map. At Coney Island–Stillwell Avenue, the N and Q lines curve around the F line, resembling a frankfurter nestled in a bun. The brand ran with it, encouraging commuters to “Follow the (F)rank Line” to its original stand. The campaign featured subway takeovers, digital ads, and limited-edition maps, all tied to its “100% Beef, 100% New York” platform. Marketing manager Brittany Oliver called it “a nod from the MTA”—a playful tribute to Nathan’s heritage and New York’s iconic street food scene.
