Xbox Game Pass Adds Over 50 ‘Retro Classics’ From Activision’s 80s & 90s Hits

Microsoft has launched Retro Classics, a collection of over 50 classic Activision games now available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Developed in partnership with Antstream Arcade, the collection includes Pitfall!, Kaboom!, MechWarrior 2, Grand Prix, and Commando, all enhanced with modern features like cloud saves, achievements, and online leaderboards. The initiative supports game preservation, ensuring timeless titles remain playable on Xbox consoles, PC, and cloud gaming platforms. Microsoft plans to expand the collection beyond 100 games, adding more Activision and Blizzard classics in future updates. Game Pass members can access Retro Classics at no additional cost.
