Kellogg’s has introduced Kellogg’s Town, a digital platform designed to make breakfast more engaging for families. Developed in partnership with Merkle, Dentsu Creative, and Carat UK, the initiative spans 23 European countries in 16 languages. The platform offers interactive games, like “Shelf Shuffle,” and activities such as “Crafting with Coco,” where families can repurpose cereal boxes into creative crafts. QR codes on packaging connect users to personalized content, bridging physical products with digital interaction. This innovative approach also allows Kellogg’s to collect first-party data for targeted engagement, showcasing a blend of creativity, technology, and customer-centric strategy.
