IKEA is bringing leg day to you when you don’t plan on leaving your living room. The furniture giant is making it more convenient to break a sweat—as much of a paradox as that is—with its first-ever sports collection, DAJLIEN, designed to support your daily workout routines. As the holidays and New Year approach, this collection is set to help you kickstart healthy habits from the comfort of your home.

DAJLIEN is a lineup of 19 smart, multifunctional fitness items crafted to blend stylishly into your immediate environment. Inspired by real-world insights gathered from homes around the world, the brand has addressed common challenges such as motivation, limited space, and time constraints associated with home workouts.

In fact, the name DAJLIEN, derived from the Swedish word for “daily,” reflects aspirations to make exercise accessible to everyone, every day.

Many of the selection’s products serve a dual purpose, acting as both training equipment and practical design pieces, including storage solutions. They include a multi-use training and storage bench, a bamboo step board, a six-pound weight set, a portable waterproof Bluetooth speaker, a compact air purifier, exercise mats, and ring-shaped dumbbells, among others.

The DAJLIEN bench with storage, inspired by old-school gym equipment, is sturdy and versatile. It not only invites various bodyweight exercises but also doubles as storage for your gear or a practical coffee table.

Beyond fitness, DAJLIEN offers recovery and stress relief products, including yoga straps, knee pads, a massage ball, and a portable Bluetooth speaker. You’ll also find wearable pieces like slippers and ponchos for post-workout relaxation and wellness.

“Not everyone feels safe or comfortable going to a gym and at home we often deal with small space and time constraints. DAJLIEN was born from the desire to find smart solutions that address these limitations and help people create a convenient and motivating place for exercise,” explains Sarah Fager, designer at IKEA of Sweden. “We wanted to create smart, beautiful products to inspire and redefine training as a fun, easy and natural everyday activity.”

As noted in a press release, each product is crafted from durable materials to withstand heavy use while comfortably blending into your home’s decor. DAJLIEN’s subtle colors and details ensure that these fitness pieces naturally become part of your everyday environment.
