LEGO’s brought something to the table that young adventurers will absolutely dig. The Dinosaur Fossils: T. rex Skull set, a spiritual successor to its latest National History Museum build, is part of its Jurassic World series and makes for a fierce display, with an articulated jaw that can be posed in various lifelike positions.

Designed for explorers ages nine and up, the 577-piece beast stands tall on a sturdy display stand, measuring over eight inches in height, seven inches in width, and 6.5 inches in depth.

A surprise “amber” at the back of the model, along with a “fossilized” footprint, makes the discovery all the more precious.
To make the building process even more engaging, LEGO suggests using the LEGO Builder app, which allows kids to zoom into models and rotate them in 3D, as well as track their progress.
