Through the sheer act of playing his cards right in the graphic design department, Rob Halifax created a pocket-sized deck, crafted from premium 310 gsm casino-grade black core playing cardstock, that features markings to support various games.

The corners depict the usual suit of spades, diamonds, clubs, and hearts, while additional icons and symbols at the center make the cards suited for board games… and even double as six-sided dice!

Intriguingly, the backs of these square cards can be used to form the black tiles on your chess or checkers board, eliminating the need to lug hefty equipment around.

And don’t laugh off the four jokers just yet. Each one comes with a diagram to help you set up your desired game, like chess, checkers, draughts, dominoes, or backgammon.

Another cool detail is that the back of the cards sports artwork that looks a lot like that of a standard playing card, but it’s actually made up of fun motifs like dice, and chess and checker markers.
