Netflix has released a sing-along edition of its record-breaking animated hit KPop Demon Hunters, allowing fans to join the musical action from home. Following sold-out theatrical sing-along screenings, the streaming version features lyrics onscreen for the film’s chart-topping soundtrack, led by fictional K-pop group Huntr/x. With 236 million views, it’s now Netflix’s most-watched original film ever. A sequel is in development, with co-director Maggie Kang hinting at deeper character arcs for Zoey and Mira. The franchise may expand with spin-offs and shorts. Celebrations like NYC’s “Golden Weekend” and a karaoke bus tour have cemented its status as a cultural phenomenon.
